May Sewing Class! Join Julie Rais Ellis, owner and designer of Rais Case + co-founder of Rising Co., as she opens her first sewing class.   This is an opportunity to learn the basics of sewing and design, or to refresh your current skills in a small group environment.  This sewing class is designed to get you back on your sewing machine and expand your skills with hands-on guidance. 

Design, cut, and sew a your own custom clutch and small pouch, browse and select fabrics and zippers from our sourced collection. 

You will learn: 
How to thread your machine
How to setup the correct tension and stich length
How to sew in a zipper

You will walk away will your 3 of your own custom zipper clutches.

As part of the workshop you will also get to enjoy a discount on Rais Case bags.

Wednesday + Thursday May 24th + 25th
Daytime Class: 9:30am to 12:30pm
Evening Class: 5:30pm to 8:30pm
Class cost: $150

Price Includes:
2 days of sewing and personal instruction
Sewing machines, irons, cutting tools are provided, but if you would like you are welcome to bring your own machine

Light snacks & refreshments will be provided.

Your purchase is non-refundable due to the nature of preparing materials and space for this experience, in the case that you cannot make it, you are welcome to transfer it to someone else.  If we can help with this we would be happy to assist!
